Non-US Orders:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all non-US customer orders will be required to be paid in advance by credit card or electronic wire service.
NOTICE: Beginning October 1, 2011 we will no longer be able to process shipments to non-US addresses unless you have an established UPS or FedEx account. We will require your shipper account number so that all shipping fees, customs, or tax charges can be forwarded to you directly. Please do not ship anything to us for repair or calibration without first providing a valid UPS or FedEx account number or it may be refused or held indefinitely.
International Repairs or Recalibrations:
Units sent to us for calibration or repair should state "REPAIR/RETURN" on the shipping documentation. Neglecting to do this may allow Customs to impose taxes and duties on the full value of the shipment instead of the service performed when returned to you.
